- The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days from the original purchase date to return for a store gift card at the managers discretion, it would be a opulence luxe boutique gift card it does not issue a store credit for the original shipping charges.
- Also, Items should only be returned if the item is unworn and in its original condition- if not, we cannot issue the gift card or except the return.
- The Goods were not used or damaged, free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
- The Goods must have all tags attached to the item, no exceptions.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- The supply of Goods which are sale items, they are final sale and can not be returned, accessories , bodysuits , lingerie, lounge wear, swimwear, shoes, etc. are all final sale, non returnable, and may not be returned under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a gift card without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our Distribution Center. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue your store credit in a form of a opulence luxe gift card for future purchase. The gift cards never expire, and are redeemable right away.

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received and meets the requirements of our return policy, a gift card will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send a gift card for the value to the gift giver.
