All orders are shipped USPS priority shipping. Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for processing. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email, at that point you will be able to track your package. All Sales Are Final.

Q: What kind of hair is Luxe Hair?
A: All Luxe Hair is 100% Virgin hair.
Q: What color is the hair?
A: All Luxe hair comes in natural brown, which is dark enough to blend in with most natural or 1B hair. You may color or lighten the hair, but please note that may effect the longevity of the hair.
Q: Is there a pick up option for the hair?
A: No, all hair will be shipped out. There is a 7-10 business day and processing time for all orders. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email, at that point you will be able to track your package.
Q: Can I order my clothing items with my hair ?
A: We will leave that at the customers discretion. However, the clothes will not ship until the hair order is completed. No Exceptions! If you are in need of your clothing items quicker, we ask that you place two separate orders.
Q: Is the hair exchangeable or refundable?
A: No. All Sales Are Final. Our top priority is that you will be 100% satisfied with your new luxe hair. If you have any issues with your hair please contact us and we will respond as soon as possible.
